He doesn't seem to be breathing, and his eyes are rolled back in his head.
Boudreaux takes out his cell phone and calls 911 for help. "My friend is dead. He jus' pass out. What can I do?"
The operator says in a calm soothing voice, "Just take it easy.
I can help. First, let's make sure he's dead."
There is a long silence, then the operator hears a shot.
Boudreaux's voice comes back on the line...
"Okay," he says. "Now what?" |
